چکیده
Abstract We present a noise deconvolution technique to remove wide class of noises when performing arbitrary measurements on qubit systems. In particular, we derive the inverse map most common single noisy channels, and exploit it at data processing step obtain noise-free estimates observables evaluated system subject known noise. illustrate self-consistency check ensure that characterization is accurate providing simulation results for generic Pauli channel, as well experimental evidence decoherence occurring Rigetti quantum hardware.

Poisson noise reduction in deconvolution microscopy
Computational optical sectioning microscopy is a powerful tool to reconstruct three-dimensional images from optical two-dimensional sections of a biological specimen acquired by means of a fluorescence microscope. Due to limiting factors in the imaging systems, the images are degraded by both the optical system and detection process. Each of the two-dimensional section of the three-dimensional ...
متن کاملAdaptive recursive deconvolution and adaptive noise cancellation
In this paper we apply a recursive deconvolution method to Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) in a linear system: the observation of the output of a linear system of relative degree one, red at discrete time instants, is fed to a deconvolution algorithm which identify the disturbance (with the delay of one step). This information is used in order to reduce the effect of the disturbance itself. Dec...
متن کاملEffect of random telegraph noise on entanglement and nonlocality of a qubit-qutrit system
We study the evolution of entanglement and nonlocality of a non-interacting qubit-qutrit system under the effect of random telegraph noise (RTN) in independent and common environments in Markovian and non-Markovian regimes. We investigate the dynamics of qubit-qutrit system for different initial states. These systems could be existed in far astronomical objects. A monotone decay of the nonlocalit...
متن کاملFlux noise probed with real time qubit tomography in a Josephson phase qubit.
We measure the dependence of qubit phase coherence and flux noise on inductor loop geometry. While wider inductor traces change neither the flux noise power spectrum nor the qubit dephasing time, increased inductance leads to a simultaneous increase in both. Using our new tomographic protocol for measuring low frequency flux noise, we make a direct comparison between the flux noise spectrum and...
